MySpace Sues TheGlobe.com

MySpace has served TheGlobe.com with a lawsuit for sending "unsolicited and unauthorized commercial email messages" to its' members. MySpace claims the activityof TheGlobe is "trademark infringement, false advertising, breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and unfair competition."
